Richard Spoor Inc is at it again, this time running after Anglo American companies for claims of health damage to coal miners. Last week they filed papers in the Gauteng High Court for certification of a class action suit on behalf of mineworkers who were allegedly exposed to unsafe levels of coal dust by the mining company for years. Richard Spoor Inc is well known for many years for filing such class actions and we thought to invite them to explain what informed their reasons behind this current action, but also for you or a relative who may have suffered while working at these mines to understand how you can be part of this. Also how far back are they going to claim as many people may have passed on by now.
