Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga has announced that the 2021 National Senior Certificate overall pass rate, with the progressed learners included, stands at 76-point four per cent. She says this is an improvement of zero-point-two percentage points from the pass rate achieved by the Class of 2020. She says the improvement comes despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
