Over time cults are becoming more and more watered down, from one epoc to the next. At least that's what Marc Andreessen believes. What were murderous collectives with rigid criteria for inclusion are now loosely affiliated fandoms. Outsiders were once considered sub-human and slaughtered, but now, simply by choosing iPhone over Android does not doom one to death. We're more live and let live now. But a cult is still a cult, and we've been welcomed into the Airstream Cult with open arms. Praise be.
