This week on CLD Talks I had the pleasure to speak with John Loughton, who is the CEO of global leadership company Dare2Lead and the Found of Scran Academy. John takes us through his journey from running his first campaign when he was 11, becoming the Chair of the Scottish Youth Parliament, extra curricular activities, starting off Dare2Lead and the outstanding work Scran Academy done over the last year.
