Senator Blouin represents Senate District 13, which consists of parts of Salt Lake City, South Salt Lake, and Murray. Since being elected to the Utah Legislature in 2022, he has emerged as one of the most outspoken advocates of progressive solutions to Utah’s most pressing climate issues.
