Not all in Duncan are too blame or negative folk, there is  a ton of good people hiding away, waiting for a better Mayor n council. Business is by passing the ugliness in a city with more growth potential than any other Island demographic  . I swear in discust, been awhile I been walking, garbage is everywhere, addicts are banging in the bush, trail and on the rail. Can't preach to people about climate when we live in dirty neighborhoods, hypocrites, self endulgence, entitlement, we need a plan in our community before we go global, omg it's nasty on the trail. Everywhere everyone looks at eachother with suspicious minds n eyes, Duncan city council and mayor suck! Get out and walk around a bit!
