Today I took massive action and cleaned my car and my room. It was getting out of control and in turn I felt out of control. I talk about how your environment impacts your emotions when you're in it and how it takes an "I've had it" moment to get you to a point where massive action is necessary. Also little steps are easier to tackle and help you gain momentum for a big task. Much love.
