Welcome to the discovering alternative health podcast.  I’m your host Lisa Sencabaugh.  Thank you for coming along on this journey as we discover as many ways to heal ourselves on our own terms.  I am just so excited today to introduce Carol Cleary.  Carol has a business called Cleansing Energies.  And honestly just the name of her company drew me to see what her business was all about.  Carol is a certified practitioner in both Emotion Code and Body code.  These practices are a painless way to release trapped emotions and energetic imbalances in our body.  I am going to be honest with you and I hope you can trust me here.  We have all heard the saying “ you are responsible for the energy you bring into a room”... right.  Well I am going to ask that right now you do the same with your energy you bring here as you listen to this conversation between Carol and I.  The energy I am going to ask you to have is an open minded kind of energy - a thoughtful kind of energy-  a receiving kind of energy.   I believe you’ll take so much more out of this conversation if your able to open your mind and heart.   

Awesome!  That’s so much better.  Now I can just give you a little bit of info before we start our conversation.  Carol stepped into this talk to help the world hear a little more about this type of Energic Cleansing practice which comes from the teaching of Dr.  Bradley Nelson who is a globally renowned expert in bioenergetic medicine.  As you will quickly figure out Carol is such a sweet soul with the determination to help people that you can feel!.  It’s like she is in the room with you.  Today she shares how her determination to find help for her daughter and her courage to step into another world where conventional medicine just couldn’t help lead her to finally witness her daughter's health improving.
