Liz's 3-year old is learning about Valentine's Day...

Weighted blankets, sound machines, sleeping apps, taping your mouth shut...wait, taping your mouth shut!?

Liz was sharing her "Super Bowl Snack", and it turns out there is an emotional connection to the recipe!

To our surprise, what started with Scotty preparing "Old Church Lady Cookbook Recipes", turned into a discussion with listeners, about Ambrosia Salad, that covered several days!

Scotty doesn't do much online shopping, so has never understood the excitement and anticipation that Liz feels when waiting on a delivery.

The Sophie Cunningham Classic is a high school girls basketball showcase that has grown into a major event, not just in mid-Missouri, but in the world of high school basketball.

Sophie, the namesake of the tournament has distinguished herself as a star in the WNBA, now playing with the Indiana Fever.

Before that, Sophie and her sister Lindsey were both standout players for the University of Missouri, and before that Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, MO.

And lucky for us, they are also longtime listeners of Clear 99! So it's always a treat when they join us to talk about the upcoming Classic!
