In this episode, I am going to share my KEY learning from the AMAZING book by Brene Brown, "Dare to Lead." I highly recommend it to every person.  This takeaway of being clear to be kind has changed how I operate and has helped me feel less frustrated.  We all could use this advice to learn and grow into better people.
