In this episode, we examine the dirty job of clearing the floor where there is a lot of debris and you need to develop a strategy to clean it up.   Then in the martial art practice, we talk about using the knife hand strike, down punch and downward side kicks to use to break stuff into pieces.   Being a martial artist has its perks when doing demo in a housing project or construction of a new business.   Lastly, we talked about the concept that "no job is beneath us" and it takes discipline to get a job done!
