Nadine Wentzell is a pharmacist, speaker, author and drug and alcohol policy effectiveness expert. She develops and helps implement policies that achieve employee buy-in and long-term behavior change. This leads to lower injury rates and better business performance.

Nadine has extensive experience in dealing with substance use that impacts the workplace. She has worked as a Narcotic Inspector with Health Canada, taught at the Canadian Police College in Ottawa, working with police forces across Canada, assisted regulatory bodies in creating policy related to substance use monitoring, and has been a guest lecturer at many colleges and universities. She is frequently a conference speaker in Canada, the US and internationally.
