Clenched Jaws: A Monologue from the 'Party'

To speak is to create waves. Waves travel in space. They may reach somewhere or someone. They may not reach somewhere or someone. Speaking is not necessarily for reception. Conception precedes voice. Conception succeeds voice. Speak to conceptualise.
