Cleo Childs Poetic Connection: channeling her mother's spirit, poetry to music, creative expression through grief, grace, living out her mother's legacy.
In this episode Cleo opens up and talks about her grief healing journey and how creative expression is what really saved her. In 2021, Cleo's mother passed away from Alzheimers, and 6 months later, in the depths of her grief, Cleo heard her mother's voice, words that turned into poetry. And these poems transformed into a musical masterpiece, an album titled, "Moving With". This episode is about how to surrender to grief, how to find grace, discovering our creative force, and the importance of listening to that familiar voice.
