Cleveland Browns Hire Andy Dickerson as Offensive Line Coach

The Cleveland Browns have hired Andy Dickerson to be their new offensive line coach. Dickerson comes from Seattle to the land to replace Bill Callahan. The shoes to fill are big but Dickerson did a solid job in his time with the Seahawks.

Pete Smith joins to chat on all the new coaching hires as their has been an obvious sign that the Browns are looking to improve their offense. Yes, the offense was good but still needs improvement for the Browns to get to where they ultimately want to go.

There will be a lot of personal changes along the offense this offseason with wide receiver and offensive line being part of the plan. The Cleveland brass would like to see the offense jump in '24 the way the defense did in 2023.
