Actionable steps:

  1. Get curious instead of jealous. If you find yourself feeling jealous, ask yourself why. I found that my jealousy wasn't because of the other person, it was my own insecurities coming out in negative ways
  2. Ask yourself those what-if questions. Reflect on them and think about, where can I be better.
  3. Be future-focused. What happens if you don't eat right and exercise today? Probably nothing, but      10 years from now what will it look like if you put your excuses aside and did it anyway?
  4. Start tracking 3 positive each day. These can be wins, positive interactions, compliments, etc.
