I'm very excited to bring you this episode, because it is my first interview with a client.  Jeremy shares his journey as a 23-yr-old with a desk job he realized he didn't want to be in for the next 40 years to catching the real estate bug to buying his first "house hack" to running out of space during the first year of the pandemic and deciding to get his NEXT property to "house hack". 

In the span of just 2 years, Jeremy went from living in his parents' basement to owning 2 properties (4 doors), having 3 tenants, and gaining priceless experience as a house-hacker, landlord, property manager, and real estate investor.
