Walk with me in the woods this week! This episode is slower than most will be. I'm taking a walk down a gravel trail while just share what's been on my mind, which is clearly heavily influenced by election time. 
The pacing of this one is different, and there's background noise from the woods, but I'm hoping it all adds up to a sort of meditative experience. I invite you to slow down, maybe get outside yourself, and reflect on some of these issues alongside me. 
It's worth noting in this episode especially that everything discussed here is just my own opinions. I want to encourage everyone to please be considerate, think through what you personally feel and believe, and go vote!
