Yes. Climate change is already having severe adverse effects on people & talk of this happening is blowing in the wind. This blowing in the wind in my opinion is a glaring in that the institutions, resources, provisions put in place for people who are indeed disabled either aren't doing their job well enough or aren't doing their job at all. The world should know. They don't. That's not okay.
