The relationship between the plagued swordsmith, Loedt, and the occupying general who sought out the power behind the so-called godsword deepens when the general wishes to not only obtain the sword, but the knowledge and insight needed into making it. All three authors have had positive runs in  their personal writing productivity in the meantime, with Abby starting a brand new story after concluding her 7-book series, Scott committing to publishing a dragon novel, and Raphyel taking embracing the the writing itch if even for a moment for his contribution to the latest part in SFN's "Resonance."
