Shibani Joshi shares her experience as a high-achiever who ultimately realized focusing on the destination was not serving her in the long run. Shibani is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and holds an MBA from The Harvard Business School. She currently lives in the Bay Area with her 3 children.
