While surfing in California at the age of 17, Jesse Billauer fell off a wave and hit his head, leaving him instantly paralyzed from the chest down. This, however, didn't stop him from exploring the world. In fact, his accident has become the driving force behind his mission to show everyone there simply are no roadblocks that can stop you from living your best life.
