BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE EPISODE:  Clinging to our faith by intentionally keeping a clear conscience and holding to God's Word is essential for sustaining a steadfast relationship with Christ. Some of us would confess that we have experienced times of shipwrecked faith. And sadly, we have heard stories of teachers, preachers, and singers of God—people He’s used mightily—whose faith became shipwrecked by sin. In today’s episode, we will learn five scriptural safeguards that help us cling to our faith in Christ and be less likely to wander away from the Good Shepherd. Our foundational scripture for today's podcast episode is 1 Timothy 1:19: “Cling to your faith in Christ, and keep your conscience clear. For some people have deliberately violated their consciences; as a result, their faith has been shipwrecked.”
