This week on T.H.A.T. I’m in conversation with Dr. Kiki Fehling IG: @dbtkiki who is a clinical psychologist, author, and expert in trauma, borderline personality disorder, emotional sensitivity, and LGBTQ mental health.
She specializes in a therapy called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which is a therapy designed to help people improve their emotional well-being.
As a therapist, she has witnessed DBT change the lives of many of her clients for the better.
She personally experienced the power of DBT skills during her recovery from a heart attack, and she is passionate about sharing these skills as widely as possible.
