Dr. Antonio Stecco's family literally wrote the book on the fascial system. Based out of Italy, Dr. Stecco teaches all over the world and sees patients when he isn't teaching. Antonio is faculty at NYU Langone Health. Dr. Stecco's scientific activity is devoted to studying the human fasciae from a macroscopical, histological, and physiopathological point of view. He has personally made over 100 cadaver dissections for research purposes. He and his sister Carla continue to push the envelope for explaining fascia's role in musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Today, we were lucky enough to sit down with not only Antonio Stecco but also the Chicago Cubs head trainer, PJ Mainville. Enjoy!
