The Bible says do not fret because of evildoers.  We are not to fret, which means worrying, fuming, getting upset, or agonizing over evildoers.   Today, many, including Christians, agonize over the government, people groups, and even individuals who seemingly get away with evil. As the Bible says, we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, so it does no good to worry.  Our fretting is hurting no one but ourselves and accomplishes very little.
