Clodagh who is originally from Montenotte but has relocated to Park Avenue in New York City is part of a Board Bia Graduate Programme that are responsible for marketing Irish Food and Drink in the US. It is a two-year role which the French and commerce graduate is undertaking. She moved over in July 2021 in a pre-covid like NYC. Clodagh talks about the Food and Drink that the Irish are renowned for such as Kerrygold and Jameson.
