Sometimes you have to disconnect in order to connect. I decided to do a mini-cleanse from social media. I don’t really have a plan, I just know that I’ve been feeling triggered and I don’t like how I feel. The last time this happened was when we had the Mercury Retrograde and I was tweeting all kinds of horrible crap. This isn’t limited to just online things, offline I’ve been feeling the same way, so I need to distance myself from certain people (who will be mentioned in here).
