I think we have all been here...Queers. So often we are hiding a lot more than what is under our clothes. Many of us feel like we must "fit in" not just in social settings but, career settings too. Code switch. Well as a queer both I and Adriel (@_adrielr) have felt in the past that we needed to hide our sexuality in order to prevail in our industries when we first began.
