Closing Bell Brief for Monday, December 30th

Stocks finished lower. Netflix shares closed down 2% although the company said its own original programming was the most-watched on the streaming service in 2019. Shares of Tesla fell almost 4% despite the company saying it hit its production target of 1,000 vehicles per day at its China plant. J.R. Whalen reports.
