U.S. markets finished higher on Tuesday, and up more than 20% for the year. Tesla shares rose nearly 1% Tuesday. The electric carmaker will lose a $7,500 per-vehicle U.S. tax credit on Jan. 1. Bitcoin ended 2019 at $7,155, almost double its price for a year ago. J.R. Whalen reports.
