Journaling Prompts

  • What are you most proud of accomplishing this year?
  • What do I want to release as I enter the New Year?
  • What energy do I want to bring into the year ahead?

Simple New Year’s Eve Practices

  • Write a letter to yourself to open next year. Reflect on where you are today, your hopes, and the progress you want to see.
  • Create a vision board for 2025. Visualize your goals and dreams by crafting a board filled with images, words, and affirmations that inspire you.

Reframing Resolutions as Intentions
Resolutions don’t have to be rigid goals. Instead, think of them as an invitation to grow in ways that feel aligned with your values. Avoid unnecessary pressure by reframing resolutions as intentions or guiding values. Here are some alternatives to traditional goal-setting:

  • Choose a Word of the Year: Select a word that encapsulates your aspirations and focus, such as "Balance," "Courage," or "Joy."
  • Set Themes Instead of Specific Targets: For example, "Focus on self-care" or "Embrace creativity."
  • Celebrate Progress Over Perfection: Recognize the small steps you take toward growth and celebrate your effort, even if it’s not perfect.
