If we let it, reflecting on the past can be a healthy way to help us clarify or define or redefine what we want for our future. For many, 2021 was a time of great loss. Many are still grieving this holiday season. Grief is part of the healing process as your body and mind struggle to find a new “normal”. So it is with our dreams. When we experience setbacks in life, we should be allowed to grieve that loss of our ideas of our dreams to give birth to even deeper dreams that have been laying dormant within.
