We may journey through personal trauma, pain and hardship but we can, with strength and determination, turn things around.   This is a small peek into my life and how I have dealt with these things - hopefully it will inspire you to understand that you too can get through the issues you face in your life.

We travel through life with many ups and downs and often the main points - whether good or not so good - circle around and around.  Here we can come to understand that you really cannot separate the physical from the spiritual.
