I recently spoke with a member of the Clovis City Council, Vong Mouanoutoua. Vong and his family immigrated to the United States from Laos in the 1970s. His family helped establish one of the first Hmong Evangelical churches in the state of California. We spoke about the city council's leadership during COIVD and challenges and opportunities looking forward.
