Pat Armitstead is no stranger to grief and loss. Her unique personal perspectives, traumatic past, repeated losses and eventual mastery as a Multi Award Winning Speaker and Exhibiting Artist are a rare combination of talents. She is a modern day Renaissance woman who has devoted her life to helping others to transform their lives.
She is a best selling author of two books, and co-author of another six including the recent Amazon Best Seller " Common Threads". She has also produced ten documentaries and anchored her own Multi Award Winning radio show . Pat provides a spiritual and creative perspective in the challenging areas of life including facing our own mortality, grief, loss and trauma.
