Luvenia is the founder and pioneer of CLTRE. vgn jnt (pronounced Culture Vegan Joint). They are an all plant-based coffee cafe in Virginia Beach VA, founded in 2018 as Culture Coffee & Tea Bar. Her love for coffee and coffee shops didn’t start here, however. She was a kid when her father used to sneak sips of coffee to her. Claiming that coffee stunted her growth, her mom would only pique her interest in this unique and bitter drink. Thus, she began traveling across the continent to various local third-wave coffee shops. Most were unique and crafted from the love of coffee culture.

Luvenia is an innovator, a serial entrepreneur, a disruptor, she does things out of the ordinary and creates change. She loves hard and gives opportunities because it’s what she wanted, needed and was provided on her own journey by her mentors. She is building communities and empowering others through her work and her business. She is here to represent the new way of entrepreneurship!
