On this week's episode, we have my good friend Akeem Holmes. A former Randolph-Macon basketball player like myself, we got together to drink some wine (Maximin Grünhäuser Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett, Sonoma Valley Wine Red Blend, and Luis Vieria Montaria Red Blend) and chat it up about a variety of topics, including his involvement with the nonprofit, The Assist Project, the importance of protecting one's peace, and his favorite memories as a member of the Randolph-Macon basketball. The episode may seem like it went through preproduction but it's just two friends having an efficient and seamless conversation!
