Ruby Jones speaks with the cast of Clybourne Park, playing at the Arvada center from February 14 to March 30, 2025. The Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning production, directed by Kenny Moten, discusses themes of race, housing and gentrification.

Set in a house on Clybourne Street in Chicago’s South Side, audiences see the effects of a Black family moving into the neighborhood in 1959; and in 2009, a white family moves back into the changed neighborhood. In between, everything changes - attitudes, demographics and property values.
