225 CMH Part 3 Rob Rohn

CMH President and COO, Rob Rohn,  is the third guest of a three part conversation series with the some of the important people who are in charge of giving you a next level experience when visiting a CMH Lodge for a Heli Skiing trip.  In this case, the Bobbie Burns Lodge. Rob Rohn started his career with CMH as a guide in the winter of '84/'85.  He became the area manager of the Bobbie Burns in '91 for about 10 years before moving into the "office" on the operations side of the business.   CMH has an incredible workplace culture and Rob explains how they try to make sure that, every year, employees working in the office get an opportunity to spend some time heli skiing and experiencing the lodge life.
