Today's show begins as President Trump is holding yet another impromptu news conference in the Oval Office after signing more executive orders, including a ban on flag burning and the end of cashless bail. He also said he's ordered the Pentagon to train a specialized DC National Guard force that is "specifically trained and equipped to deal with public order issues." And he dismissed criticism that expanding his crackdown in DC to other cities is a classic strongman tactic. CNN's Jeff Zeleny breaks it all down for us from the White House.
