CNN Ratings Drop, Alabama Travel Ban, and Mississippi’s Abortion Law

This week on Front Porch Politics we will discuss CNN’s ratings dropping 26% to hit all-time lows. We will also discuss Los Angeles banning travel to Alabama. Also, an Obama appointed Judge blocks the Mississippi abortion law. Front Porch Politics Podcast also takes time to remember Memorial Day.
CNN Drops 26% In Prime Time
As CNN prepares to move its prime time studios and operations to a glitzy new building to New York City’s Hudson Yards development, the network saw its prime time lineup drop 26% in April compared to the same month one year ago. CNN’s total audience in prime time was well under a million viewers at 767,000. This is compared to Fox News with a total audience of 2.395 million.
When you lie to people for two and a half years it catches up with you. CNN obviously have lost items momentum as they and other liberal news channels have started to spew the same garbage. I honestly believe that there is a shared narrative each channel pushes. First, it was collusion, then obstruction, Stormy Daniels, and now impeachment.
Let not forget this all-star cast of people like Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, and our favorite this guy. (Jim Acosta Clip). Yes, that was our old pal Jim Acosta, who still denies that CNN Sucks. Obviously, CNN does not know there spew of American hatred has viewers turning them off. People like those in my home state of Alabama.
Speaking of Alabama, have you heard that Los Angeles has placed a travel ban on the state?
Los Angeles Banned Travel to Alabama
Los Angeles County’s Board of Supervisors voted this week to enact a one-year ban on official travel to Alabama over that state’s controversial abortion law.
Supervisor Hilda L. Solis, who co-authored the motion with Supervisor Sheila Kuehl, called the law an “attack not only confined to the residents of those states but an act of aggression upon all of us.”
The motion prohibits officials conducting business on behalf of the county from traveling to Alabama except for emergency response, training or assistance or “legally required matters where the failure to authorize such travel would seriously harm the County’s interests,” Solis said in a statement.
Let me begin by telling the America loving, conservatives of Los Angeles to come on and see us. This is not the socialist country that liberals in California want it to be. They cannot control where you travel. Los Angeles has a crime rate that is higher than 84% of the state’s cities and towns of all sizes. Maybe they are just afraid that the “God-fearing, gun toating people of Alabama might teach them how to deal with crime.
