The best way of fighting oppression in the Black community is care. Taking care of ourselves first, then our families, and consequently our community. On a daily basis, the black man has to deal with racism and economic oppression while trying to care for himself and his family. Dealing with this harsh reality can lead to overlooked feelings of depression, hopelessness, and hostility. This reality needs to be combatted. CNTRD was created by a Black man, for Black men seeking balance and alignment in their mind, bodies, and spirit. CNTRD Sessions is an audio experience for Black men.
