Kai Han is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pallet. Pallet is a startup building the modern hiring infrastructure, where an ecosystem of niche creators and communities are where companies go to post their jobs and look for top talent.

Prior to co-founding Pallet, Kai helped create Laurel Pursuit Studios and was a venture investor at Galaxy Interactive.

Kai attended the University of Oxford where he studied Economics and Management. There, he was involved in several leadership roles on campus including President of the Oxford Blockchain Society and Advisory Board Member at the Oxford Foundry.

I met Kai (and Pallet) on Twitter where I saw a popular creator in the tech world had started a job listing with them. I reached out, met with another co-founder (Jake), and immediately signed up Waymarker. Pallet powers our Waymarker Tech job listing, a place for emerging tech talent to connect with early-career opportunities in sales and support.
