Would you like to get practical work experience that relates to your degree while you are studying as a student in university?  It almost sounds too good to be true.

In this episode we sit down with Carlo Palazzo, a Coordinator in the Co-operative Education and Internship Program at the University of Regina.  He outlines how students can get real life work experience related to their engineering program while they are studying for their degree.  In addition to gaining experience, students make contacts in industry and… they get paid!  In this conversation we learn how these types of programs are a win-win for both the students and the employers.
