Co-Parenting. Can it ever be copacetic?

I decided to start a podcast for several reasons. First, my ex and I are raising our boys vegetarian and I started going down rabbit holes of information only to come out on the other side completely astonished! My ex and I just want to make the right choices for our boys based on facts and not an agenda. Second, I just got tired of all the misinformation being pumped out by people who are supposed to teach and inform us and not just to fit a narrative. Plus, this is just a place for me to let loose.
