If my text exchange with Ian ahead of the show was any indicator, he’s really moistened his undergarments with anger over this already.
Queen’s speech raised the possibility of imminent e-scooter legalisation. We don’t know much about this but it’s probably to be expected. More later in the spring, we expect.
