n today’s show, I’ll speak to Liza Tucker, consumer advocate for Consumer Watchdog about her news article on two bills in the California legislature that would allow for the building of dangerous  and unregulated carbon dioxide pipelines.  We switch gears and speak to Center for Biological Diversity staff attorney David Derrick about their notice to sue the Coast Guard and others to protect the whales in California from ship strikes.
