Adam Silva is a player, character, and executive coach. He remains a highly sought after public speaker and leadership coach with over 25 years of coaching experience among high school, college, and professional ranks. Adam is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a captain for Army's lacrosse team and later named to the 1990's Patriot League Men's Lacrosse All-Decade Team.
