On this episode, Mark Glicini sits down with his and the Head Coach of the Chaos Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), Andy Towers, who was the recipient of the 2019 Coach of the Year Award in the PLL's inaugural season. Coach Towers also owns and runs Lacrosse Draws, a player development company committed to moving the sport of lacrosse forward for boys and girls from youth to college levels. He coached college lacrosse for 19 years, competed in both indoor and outdoor professional lacrosse leagues, and won multiple All-American Honors in high school and at Brown University, where he resides in its Sports Hall of Fame. Andy was most recently inducted into the US Lacrosse Connecticut Hall of Fame, as well. Listeners will hear why "discipline is the shortcut," how he evolved from player to coach, and what the separating factors are on and off the field.
